Ideal Audience: Student Leadership Groups

Zebras stand out because they’re different. Being different is not bad when you understand that your difference makes you you while finding a dazzle (a supportive group) who understands and cares about you and wants you to succeed. The key is to show them how to get out of their comfort zone by teaching them that self-acceptance is the foundation of self-esteem.

Length: 45-60 minutes

Students are afraid to take on leadership positions because they haven’t built the right skillsets within themselves. This program will help them stand out and stand up for leadership by learning the 3 I’s of building leadership confidence. Students don’t have to become someone they are not to become leaders, but they do have to learn how to maximize what they already have inside of them.

No two zebras have the same stripes, just like no two humans have the same exact strengths and abilities.
